Birthdays and private events at the club
The hardest part of planning a group event is finding something everyone can actually do. Golf on a simulator solves it: nobody needs experience, the ball never gets lost, and the person who's never held a club before is laughing by the second swing.
What an event here looks like
You book the club, we run the golf. Groups rotate through the simulator bays playing formats matched to the crowd: long-drive contests and closest-to-the-pin for total beginners, a scramble or a skins game if some guests play. TrackMan's game modes carry the evening on their own; a competitive leaderboard forms in the first half hour without anyone organizing it.
The venue works for the parts between the golf too: space to eat, drink and talk, with services included so you're not coordinating three vendors. You bring people; the rest is handled.
Who books it
Birthdays are the classic, for adults and kids alike. But the same setup carries corporate team events, client evenings and bachelor parties. Golf has a specific advantage for mixed groups: it's competitive enough to be fun and forgiving enough that nobody's embarrassed. And since it's indoors in Otopeni, a January birthday gets the same event as a June one.
How to plan one
Tell us the date, the head count and the occasion. We'll propose a format and a setup for the space. Most events fit an evening; larger groups can take over the whole club.
Write to us at info@champdugolf.ro or ask at reception, and give the next celebration a leaderboard.
